Family Yoga/ FREE! Every Thursday 10 am-11 pm, please call to sign up!

Family Yoga is a time to put it all aside and have fun, be active and relax together. This class combines games, music and art as ways to practice yoga in a creative way. For the child participant, yoga provides emotional regulation, self- awareness, stimulated neuromuscular development and improved circulation. Parent benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, increased flexibility and increased strength. Come and take a one hour family vacation!

Smart from the Start Baby Basics/FREE! Every Friday 11 am to 1:30 pm

Smart from the Start is a program focusing on school readiness and support for low-income families with children ages 0-5 and pregnant women.  The groups at the FRC, focus on pre-natal moms, educating them on all aspects of pregnancy and parenthood. The infant group  helps moms learn how to play and nurture their newborns and best prepare them for the classroom doing songs, activities and games with their parents.  Please see their website for more information or for other age groups.

MBHP Housing Assistance/FREE! Every Friday 10:30 am to 3:30 pm

Individuals and families seeking assistance, information, or resources about housing and housing-related issues. RAFT assistance for Families in Transition: at risk of homelessness or maintaining their current housing.
